The 14th Royan International Summer School in Ardabil
The 14th Royan International Summer School on "Application of Regenerative Medicine" will be held in cooperation with Ardabil Universities from 14th - 16th August 2023, at Shahid Khodsiani Hall of Mohaghegh Ardabil University.Dr. Ruhollah Fathi, Deputy Education of Royan Institute, said: The undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students are the target group of the hybrid summer school in which prominent national and international scientists will give lectures during the 3 days. this summer school has CME point for specialists and general practitioners.
He announced that this International Summer School is deliberately designed to cover a broad range of topics as follows:
- Principles of Regenerative Medicine
- Regenerative Medicine in Neurological Diseases
- Regenerative Medicine and Immunotherapy in Cancer
- Regenerative Medicine in the liver and Digestive Diseases
- Regenerative Medicine in Genetic Engineering Approaches
- Regenerative Medicine in Skin Diseases
- Regenerative Medicine in Tissue Engineering
- Accelerating a Technology Commercialization
- Production Process in the Regenerative Medicine Market
Dr. Ochi Ardabili announced that this international event was a good opportunity to hold scientific and research panels and said: We have made the necessary arrangements to hold this scientific-research event as well as possible, hosted by the Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research of Ardabil and with the participation of provincial universities and other scientific centers, and we hope to make optimal use of this opportunity.
He said that the programs of the Deputy of Education are student training, along with specialized training, and said: The international summer school can be the best opportunity to educate this stratum.
Dr. Fathi emphasized promotional-cultural education in the provinces with the help and support of scientific and specialized student associations and said: It is necessary to use the capacities of student associations to change the current trend and create scientific prosperity and cultural advancement.
In this meeting, Dr.Ghobadi, deputy of education, and Dr. Rahbar, deputy of culture and student of Ardabil University Medical Sciences, also announced their readiness to cooperate and accompany in this program.
This program is going to be organized by Dr. Masoud Vathouq as the scientific secretary and Mrs. Mahdia Hashemi as the executive secretary.
